Reporting to the MD, the Chief Financial Officer partners with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver the financial, commercial and strategic objectives of the business. Leading the Finance, Commercial, IT and Project Services functions, the CFO supports and develops these teams as they provide timely financial information and advice to the Board, Executive team and internal customers to support business decision making. The incumbent ensures the provision of essential services to all projects and provides advice to monitor costs, improve cash flow and profitability, decrease financial risk and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. The role also provides Company Secretarial support as required.

ICON's current headcount is circa 140 people and growing! The CFO will be directly responsible for a team of up to 15. This vacancy will ideally suit someone with CFO experience in a similar sized organisation; or a Senior Finance Manager ready to make a step up in their leadership journey.

This is achieved through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and influencing the Executive Leadership Team's decisions with accurate and detailed information and analysis.
