A leading finance firm in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance to oversee financial and operational activities. The role requires strong inventory sector experience and proficiency in financial control, with a focus on driving company growth. Qualifications

Base pay range

A$250,000.00/yr - A$300,000.00/yr

Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance at Perigon Group

• Circa $250-300k + super. Potential STI and LTI options
• North Ryde location. Flexible work options and supportive culture
• Strategic CFO mandate, in growth orientated business
• Seeking inventory based sector experience

Work with a scale up, customer centric business posting and looking to continue 50% YOY growth. Reporting to an entrepreneurial, sales orientated CEO

Day-to-day this role oversees financial and operational activities of the company supported by a capable 2IC and finance team. This involves managing cash flow, developing and implementing financial and operational policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

You'll act as a trusted adviser to the business providing financial insights for decision making (such as R&D, investments and CAPEX), managing relationships with banks and investors, arranging financing and taking part in M&A (DD and integration)

Finally, you'll act as a business partner driving excellence in operational functions such as, supply chain, inventory management, customer support, and technical service

Qualifications

• Inventory based industry experience
• CFO of SME or Head of Finance/Divisional CFO experience of large corporate
• Strong breadth in experience, background in financial control as well as commercial and corporate finance
• Proactive communicator and collaborative influencing style able to manage equally well up the chain as well as down
• Big 4 background and experience in similar, growth orientated business particularly through M&A HIGHLY REGARDED
• Competence in Cashflow modelling
