• Strong governance, financial and asset management capabilities in infrastructure or public service delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and political judgement in a government environment.
• Experience establishing priorities, allocating resources and translating strategy into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Queensland Government statutory authority responsible for planning, management and sustainable use of the Gold Coast waterways.
• Collaborate with the Board to shape and implement renewed strategic and operational agendas.
• Balance strategic ambition with operational discipline, financial accountability and practical delivery.
• Drive organisational change in a complex stakeholder landscape with strong governance.
• Build partnerships with partner agencies, industry and community to deliver on strategy.
