As Chief Executive Officer, you will combine strong technical capability with strategic leadership to ensure disciplined execution across feasibility, development and JV-based production.

You will play a central role in shaping Everest Metals operational maturity, strengthening governance, and managing diverse stakeholder relationships as the company advances toward sustained cash flow and multi‑asset growth.

Everest Metals is an emerging multi-asset gold producer and critical minerals developer. With recent gold production, and a world-class Rubidium project - Australia's first of its kind, Everest Metals stands on the cusp of significant transformation and value creation.

Everest Metals is entering the most exciting phases in its history, recently transitioning from a successful explorer into a commercial-scale gold producer whilst progressing a globally significant Rubidium project with strong strategic relevance to defence, technology, energy storage and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Description
  • Strategic Leadership: Leadership will focus on executing recent EMC's transition to producer, ensuring clear direction across technical, operational and corporate teams. Strategic growth opportunities, including joint ventures, acquisitions and partnerships, will be actively identified and assessed in line with the company's long term objectives.
  • Project Development & Operations: Oversight of EMC's production assets will be central to the role, ensuring feasibility, permitting, construction and JV production milestones are achieved safely, efficiently and on schedule. Continued development of EMC's exploration pipeline will support sustained growth.
  • Financial & Capital Management: Securing project funding through equity, debt, off take arrangements and strategic partnerships will be a priority. Disciplined capital allocation, cost control and effective cash flow management will underpin delivery of shareholder value.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Acting as EMC's principal representative, the role engages closely with investors, analysts, government, First Nations groups, communities and strategic partners. Transparent and timely communication with the Board and ASX remains essential.
  • Governance & Risk: Compliance with ASX listing requirements, ESG standards, and environmental and safety regulations will be upheld across all operations. A strong culture of integrity, safety and responsible resource development will be fostered, supported by rigorous oversight of technical, operational, financial and ESG risks.
Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated blend of technical authority, strategic leadership, commercial discipline and cultural influence, with the following core competencies:

  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrates the ability to anticipate emerging challenges and industry shifts, translating them into executable strategies that support EMC's transition from exploration to production across multiple commodities.
  • Technical Skillset: Possesses strong technical credibility, with a Mining engineering or Geology background.
  • Execution Excellence in Project Development: Brings a proven ability to lead projects through feasibility, approvals, JV operating structures, construction and commissioning, ensuring disciplined delivery of milestones, budgets and risk controls as EMC advances toward commercial‑scale production.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrates advanced commercial judgement with the ability to evaluate investment decisions, optimise capital deployment, support equity and debt funding, and ensure value‑driven outcomes for shareholders as production initiatives commence.
  • Multi‑Stakeholder Influence: Shows strength in managing relationships across investors, ASX stakeholders, regulators, communities, First Nations groups and JV partners, with the presence, clarity and credibility required of a public‑facing CEO.
  • Organisational Leadership & Cultural Impact: Acts as an empowering, hands‑on leader who builds capability across a lean organisation and cultivates a high-performance culture aligned with EMC's growth trajectory.
  • Operational & Market Agility: Operates effectively in dynamic, fast‑moving environments, balancing internal operational execution with external engagement, and adapting quickly as the company transitions through development phases into production.
  • ESG Stewardship & Safety Leadership: Demonstrates strong commitment to ESG principles, environmental responsibility and best‑practice safety leadership, ensuring governance frameworks support ethical and sustainable operations.
