About Nuffield Australia

Nuffield Australia, established in 1950, is Australia’s leading agricultural scholarship charity delivering impact to rural Australia through its international travel scholarship program, which supports up to 20 primary producers annually. The Scholars embark on a two‑year experiential learning program of structured and personal travel and research.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

• Deep engagement with Investors and the Alumni cohort

About the Ideal Candidate

• Significant senior executive leadership experience
• Knowledge of and experience in the local and global agricultural sector
• Capacity to engage meaningfully with potential and existing Investors and Sponsors
• Capacity and desire to work with Nuffield alumni
• Experience navigating complex environments and influencing multiple stakeholders
