• 10+ years experience in Process Governance and Transformation.
• Proven success in establishing a Process Governance framework.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Retail or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance oversight for major process changes.
• Partner with Audit and Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead and build a team of Process Excellence Owners.
