What You'll Do!

Pre-Opening Phase

• Establish all accounting procedures, controls, and financial workflows
• Set up the chart of accounts and ensure alignment with brand and ownership guidelines
• Support budget planning, CAPEX tracking, and pre‑opening cost control
• Implement accounting systems (POS/PMS integrations, inventory, procurement)
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external partners to ensure readiness
• Train the finance team and guide other departments on financial standards

Operational Phase

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month‑end closing
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and cash flow with precision
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, P&L, and balance sheet integrityManage compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Work closely with department heads to drive cost efficiency and financial awareness
• Support the Director of Finance in strategic planning and forecasting
