Job summary

Barwon Health is seeking a clinician to coordinate and deliver chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies and supportive treatments in a day unit setting, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care. You will contribute to multidisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives.

You will work with patients, consumers and other health care professionals to establish and evaluate plans of care, and to administer treatments safely in accordance with protocols.

Responsibilities

• You will work collaboratively with the patient, consumers and other health care professionals, working to establish and evaluate plans of care.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments safely and in accordance with protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care.
• Monitor patients for treatment side effects and manage complications appropriately.
