Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment supports a chemical manufacturer in NSW to hire a Chemical Mixer for a stable, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and onsite parking.

As a Chemical Mixer, you will measure, weigh, and mix formulations, operate mixing equipment, and load 25kg bags while following strict WHS and PPE protocols. You will complete batch records and support quality checks daily.

Qualifications

• Proven chemical mixing experience is essential.
• Valid forklift licence is essential.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 kg bags and perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, weigh, and mix chemical formulations to specification.
• Operate mixing equipment and production machinery safely.
• Load and handle raw materials, including regular lifting of 25kg bags.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure batch consistency and compliance.
• Complete batch documentation and production records accurately.
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS standards.
• Adhere strictly to PPE and safety protocols.
