Job summary

Airport Retail Group Australia is hiring for Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen Hands at Brisbane Airport venues. You’ll join a large team delivering hospitality experiences to thousands of travellers, with shifts from 4:30am to 1:30am. You’ll help prepare meals, condiments, stock and keep kitchen equipment running smoothly.

We value a proactive, detail‑oriented approach and excellent customer service. Reliable transport is essential due to varied start times and late finishes, and opportunities for growth

MUST DRIVE | Morning & Night Shifts Available

Airport Retail Group Australia is expanding our teams across multiple Brisbane Airport venues, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused Chefs, Cooks & kitchen handsto join us.

Come join our large team with four premium openings include Mountain Culture Beer Co. in both Domestic and International terminals, alongside two branded coffee venues. Each day, you'll be welcoming thousands of travellers from around the world, delivering standout hospitality experiences before they take to the skies.

Shifts times vary between: 4:30am starts to 01:30am finishes

About the Role

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the unique energy of the airport, this role is for you. We're seeking team members who can deliver great service, work efficiently, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

You will also be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of:

• preparation & cooking of meals
• preparation of condiments
• preparation, replenishment, and rotation of stock in the kitchen
• operating, maintaining, and cleaning kitchen equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
• A willingness to learn and develop within your role.
• Must have reliable transport due to early starts and late finishes
