Endeavour Group’s South Tweed Tavern is seeking a passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this hands-on role you’ll create memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests, acting as the chips to our gravy in a fast-paced pub kitchen.

You will bring trade cooking qualifications and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, well-presented dishes while upholding safety and hygiene standards. We value teamwork, clear communication and the authentic ALH culture.

Qualifications

• You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications.
• You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity.
• Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team.
• You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that WOW our guests.
