Job summary

The Sporting Globe is seeking a Chef de Partie to support our kitchen in delivering high-quality dishes at a stadium-like, sports-driven venue. You will be responsible for cooking to recipe standards, maintaining consistency, and working across kitchen stations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.

• Commitment to upholding brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
• An energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic.
• Availability across a variety of shifts on a rotating 7-day roster.

• Ensure all meals are cooked to perfection according to our recipe & plating guides, served on time, and of the highest quality.
• Manage kitchen operations alongside the head chef, including staff allocation and general kitchen management.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
• Showcase your culinary skills across all kitchen stations, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Keep the kitchen and stock holding areas clean and organised while prioritizing occupational health and safety and food hygiene.
