Job summary

Atlas People ApS is seeking trade-qualified chefs for year-round opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Roles include Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Solo Chef on 4+ week contracts with ongoing work for successful performers.

You'll work in fine dining and upmarket resorts, receive transport to/from the venue, single accommodation and meals on shift, and you are paid for every hour you work.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified chef with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce consistent quality.
• Positive attitude and team leadership.
• Own uniform and knives.
• Experience in quality à la carte dining or bulk cooking.
• Keen eye for detail and menu planning.
• Willing to motivate a team.
• Enthusiasm to expand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of 10+ people.
• Cook for fine dining and upmarket resorts.
• Prepare lunch and dinner service.
• Follow menu and quality standards.
• Assist with menu planning and suggestions.

• Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.
• Fine Dining/ Upmarket Resort
• Lunch and Dinner
• Starting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract.

• Solo, Senior Chef and Chef de Partie roles
• A la Carte style food.
• Split shifts

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
