Job summary

Geelong's Petrel Hotel is seeking motivated chefs to join our team. The ideal applicant has at least 2 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced venue, with grill experience and the ability to handle a busy section.

You will work alongside our culinary team to deliver high-quality meals, maintain consistency during peak service, and contribute to a positive team culture. Day and night shifts are required; we offer a great environment, ample parking, and opportunities to develop your skills
