Hospitality Training Network (HTN) is seeking an eager and dedicated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chef interested in developing their practical skills and passion for cookery. This is a great opportunity to continue developing your skills and knowledge!

What’s involved

As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn alongside qualified Chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

You will be working at one of our great host venues, handling large quantities of food and a variety of seasonal ingredients.

Key activities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of Italian cuisine dishes
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers, steamers under supervision
• Learn different knife and cooking techniques
• Clean, maintain and store kitchen equipment appropriately
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & public holidays if required
