We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team.
You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team in a fast-paced but supportive environment where consistency, teamwork and attention to detail are highly valued.
Prepare a selection of dishes across our full Italian menu including: pasta, risotto, veal, chicken and fish dishes.
Prepare desserts and other condiments.
Prepare ingredients and complete daily mise en place.
Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all pizzas during service.
Maintain stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefs.
Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties when required.
Previous experience as a commis or demi chef.
Strong knowledge of Italian cooking and experience with pan work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A reliable, positive and professional attitude.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
