Job description
Change Manager – Major Platform Migration | Brisbane | Contract

We’re partnering with a large Australian financial services organisation undergoing a significant employer platform transformation. They are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major migration program.

This is a business change role — focused on processes, impacts, communication, and stakeholder engagement, rather than technical delivery.

About the Program

The organisation is replacing its current portal with a new online platform, scheduled to go live in early 2026. Before migration can occur, several new features must be built to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity of service. Once migration is complete, the legacy platform will be decommissioned.

This is a large-scale change initiative requiring thoughtful planning, strong communication, and a deep understanding of how employers interact with digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse how employers currently use the existing online portal and identify future‑state impacts.
  • Map end‑to‑end business processes and highlight changes to workflows for both employers and internal teams.
  • Develop clear, user‑friendly communication materials, including FAQs, guides, training content, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, product, communications, and member services.
  • Support planning and execution of the migration.
  • Provide change impact assessments, readiness updates, and documentation to support successful transition.
  • Help ensure the new platform delivers a seamless experience and minimal disruption to business operations.
About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in superannuation or financial services (ideally with employer or contributions processes).
  • Strong change management capability, with experience in process mapping and impact analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing training and support materials.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across large and complex environments.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, iterative, and evolving project environments, especially large uplift or migration programs.
Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join a major enterprise transformation that directly improves the digital experience of thousands of employers. You’ll play a central role in shaping communications, readiness, and change delivery for one of the organisation’s most critical programs.
