We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead and govern change management processes across our organization.
In this role you will:
- Assess and manage operational emergency and permanent changes.
- Ensure compliance with approvals and governance standards.
- Coordinate and chair change approval sessions with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Assess Planned Event Team-Issued Change Management Processes
- Review and evaluate all change management processes.
- Manage and track:
- Weekly updates.
- Emergency updates.
- Permanent changes to ongoing practices.

Evaluate Functional Changes and Approvals
- Assess upcoming changes in the pipeline for compliance with permitted change categories.
- Identify changes requiring approvals including service-impacting changes under various classifications.
- Ensure adherence to blanket approvals provided by Customer where applicable.

Coordinate and Chair Change Approval Sessions
- Develop and maintain trackers based on change assessments.
- Organize and lead change approval meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit approval requests with all necessary supporting documentation.
- Issue approvals and enforce change control governance across impacted functions.

- Strong understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify compliance gaps.
- Proficiency in governance and documentation practices.Skilled in hosting and facilitating approval sessions.
- Handson Program Management skills is advantageous
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in change management or related roles.
- Familiarity with change management policies and blanket approval processes (advantageous).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
