About your role

As Change Manager at IXOM, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformation across the organisation. You’ll lead the planning and execution of change initiatives—spanning processes, systems, technologies, and structures—to ensure seamless adoption and lasting impact. Collaborating with project teams, senior leaders, and key stakeholders, you’ll champion engagement, navigate resistance, and cultivate a resilient, forward-thinking culture. Your work will empower IXOM to evolve with confidence and deliver continuous improvement across every level of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change strategies that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring their perspectives are integrated throughout the change journey.
  • Create and deliver timely, transparent communications that build awareness and alignment.
  • Assess change impacts, shape effective training programs, and provide hands‑on support to transitioning teams.
  • Conduct impact analyses, evaluate organisational readiness, and manage risks with proactive mitigation plans.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and proficiency; report on change effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather feedback, refine change frameworks, and promote best practices to embed a culture of adaptability.
  • Mentor and empower change agents and coordinators, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Who are we looking for?
  • Demonstrated success in leading organisational change, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or ITIL.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align change initiatives to broader business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence, engage, and support stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change implementation.
  • Experience embedding change management into project delivery and cross‑functional planning.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to learning and refining change practices.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; certification in change management is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience of 2–3 years in a comparable position.
Benefits at IXOM

For a start, you’ll work for a large global organisation, where you will not only earn a competitive salary, but you’ll also have access to an Employee Assistance Program, a recognition program, and a range of health and wellness benefits and discounts. Our wellbeing programme is second to none, and we offer a range of education assistance and learning resources, as well as secondment and promotion opportunities to help you grow both personally and professionally. We support what’s important to you by promoting workplace giving, diversity and providing volunteering leave, and, of course, we offer flexible working wherever possible.
