A water management organization is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead its Digital Transformation Program. Total Remuneration Package: $145,000 – $150,000 inclusive of superannuation.
Location: Negotiable across SRW major offices with willingness to travel to Werribee as required.

As the Change Manager, you will provide strategic change leadership, drive stakeholder engagement, and oversee communications and training to support change adoption. This role is central to minimising disruption, building capability, and delivering long lasting value from our digital transformation initiatives.
