Overview

We’re looking for experienced Change Managers to join a major transformation initiative. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to support organisational change initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping culture, improving communication, coaching leaders, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working with a big focus on behaviour, culture, and people outcomes.

This is a 6-month day rate contract with extensions, based in Brisbane and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies and plans
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions with leaders and teams
• Support communication initiatives to improve internal engagement and customer experience
• Work with HR / OD teams on workforce design, organisational change, and sensitive people transitions
• Develop training and resources to support change adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on culture and behavioural change initiatives

Your Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in change management with a strong focus on people and organisational culture
• Experience in coaching leaders, facilitating workshops, and managing sensitive organisational change
• Background in HR, Organisational Development, or workforce design highly regarded
• Background in large organisation transformations or mergers / acquisitions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
