In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping teams navigate new systems, processes, and ways of working. You’ll contribute to thoughtful change strategies, support stakeholders, and ensure our people feel supported every step of the way. About the job

As a Change Management Specialist, you will support the delivery of change initiatives across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, and project teams to help ensure change is adopted smoothly and effectively.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our initiatives achieve their goals by increasing employee adoption and usage. With a strong focus on the people side of change, you’ll help design and deliver plans that support new processes, systems, and technologies across the business.

Your day-to-day will include :
  • Creating and updating change management plans
  • Partnering with stakeholders to assess impact and readiness
  • Supporting communication and training efforts
  • Coaching change champions and managing resistance
  • Driving engagement and adoption to maximise ROI and business outcome
