About the job

As a Change Management Specialist, you will support the delivery of change initiatives across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, and project teams to help ensure change is adopted smoothly and effectively.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our initiatives achieve their goals by increasing employee adoption and usage. With a strong focus on the people side of change, you’ll help design and deliver plans that support new processes, systems, and technologies across the business.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Creating and updating change management plans
• Partnering with stakeholders to assess impact and readiness
• Supporting communication and training efforts
• Coaching change champions and managing resistance
• Driving engagement and adoption to maximise ROI and business outcome

About you

You’re a confident communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments. This Change Management Specialist role may also suit communication or training professionals who would like to pivot into a change management role.
