Job summary

EY's Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team partners with middle market to large multinational clients to address accounting and reporting challenges. The role involves significant transactions, audits, and remediation work while leveraging advanced tools and resources for hands-on guidance.

Based in a hybrid capacity across Boorloo - Perth, Warrang - Sydney, and Naarm-Melbourne, the position offers flexible hours and strong career development.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• A degree in accounting and/or another appropriate academic major.
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, stakeholder management, and risk/governance.
• Collaborate with clients on accounting standards (AAS, IFRS) and practical implementation.
• Support deal lifecycle work: IPOs, equity/debt, acquisitions, divestments, due diligence.
• Lead post-deal accounting and reporting improvements and contribute to practice strategy.
• Drive business development through networks and deliver proposals.
