Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated trainer/coach to elevate crew performance across our restaurants in Australia. You will lead shifts, mentor team members and deliver training to embed our Guest Obsessed and People Power values while ensuring safe, high-quality service.

This role focuses on coaching, guest experience, and driving sales through exceptional service, with opportunities for career progression and participation in national hospitality qualifications.

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.

Your responsibilities will include:
