We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator - Pakenham Springs Children's Centre to join our team at Pakenham Springs Children's Centre.
At Pakenham Springs Children's Centre, we foster a love of learning through play-based experiences that encourage children to discover, create, improvise, and imagine. Our environment is safe, stimulating, and designed to promote creativity and curiosity.
We believe every child is a successful, competent, and capable learner. Educators provide opportunities for children to lead their own play through exploration and experimentation, while supporting them to take considered, age-appropriate risks. This approach helps children build confidence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with peers and adults.
This is an ongoing part-time position, working 17.5 hours per week across Monday (8:00am-5:00pm), Tuesday (9:00am-10:00am - non contact time), and Thursday (8:00am-4:30pm).
As this is a sessional kindergarten, the scheduled session days and times are non-negotiable, and candidates must be available to work these scheduled sessions.
