The CEO will lead a recognised national organisation, drive strategy, advocacy and sustainable growth, and ensure voices with lived experience remain central to Butterfly’s work. A proven executive with governance and government engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Accomplished executive with substantial leadership experience in healthcare, ideally mental health.
• Strong track record in leading complex organisations through growth and change.
• Excellent governance, risk management and performance oversight.
