Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is recruiting a Centre Manager for a full-time fixed-term role to lead a busy facility and team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and community engagement. You will drive operational, financial and program deliverables, collaborating with the leadership team, stakeholders, and the local Council.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a similar leisure or aquatic facility.
• Strong communication with positive influencing and negotiation skills.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation is required.
• Experience planning and executing operational, financial and people plans to deliver outcomes.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
• National Police Check is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Legal right to work in Australia.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Centre Manager to lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience on a full time fixed term basis. Responsible for the management of this fantastic facility, the team at the Centre and our local community, you are fully accountable for the Centre’s operational, financial and program deliverables.

You will develop and execute plans through engagement with the Centre’s leadership team, key stakeholders and the local Council. With an experience in sales, financial and risk management, you will continue to drive the Centre’s overall success.

This role is a 6 month contact for the upcoming Summer seasonal Nov - April.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
