Are you an experienced Centre Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a thriving retail centre? JLL is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the role of Retail Centre Manager at a mixed-use asset in Melbourne's CBD.

An overview of the role:
  • Oversee the retail component of a prominent mixed used precinct working closely with a precinct general manager and large team.
  • Work with retail team members across operations and marketing to support overall precinct delivery.
  • This role is all about relationships and the fundamentals of retail management.
  • This role would suit someone who wants to work in a larger team.
  • Be pivotal in making an impact on this iconic mixed use asset and like to get things done!
  • Ensure compliance with all JLL and client standard procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, providing on-demand services and regular communication.
  • Prepare and deliver business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage lease administration, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect rental payments and manage arrears effectively.
  • Handle financial and accounting processes, including accounts payable, rent roll, and billings.
  • Provide timely client reporting and internal reporting.
  • Monitor legal compliance and liaise with relevant parties.
  • Support project managers on tenant fit-outs and ensure the highest standards of repair and cleanliness.
