Story House Early Learning is opening a brand-new centre in Drysdale, Victoria, in January 2027, and invites applications for a Centre Manager (Service Manager at Story House) to lead from day one.

You will build and guide a team, cultivate a welcoming culture for families and the local community, ensure compliance and safety, and work with Story House's broader network to support operations, education, people, and family experience.

We're excited to share that a brand-new Story House Early Learning service is opening in Drysdale in January 2027, and we're looking for an experienced Centre Manager (known as a Service Manager at Story House) to lead it from the very beginning.

As the first Service Manager at Drysdale, you'll have the opportunity to really make the service your own. You'll build a great team, create a culture people want to be part of and build strong connections with families and the local community.

From there, it's about what great Service Managers do, growing occupancy, supporting and developing your team, staying on top of compliance and child safety, and creating a service where children, families and your people thrive.

And while it's a big role, you won't be doing it alone. You'll have the support of our wider Story House network across Operations, Education, People & Culture, Recruitment, Marketing, Family Experience and more.
