About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on and motivated Centre Manager to take charge of the day‑to‑day operations and performance of a select group of shopping centres. This role requires a well‑rounded property professional with solid experience in all facets of retail centre management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational and financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, CAPEX, and reporting
  • Oversee lease administration, tenant billing, arrears management, and debt recovery
  • Collaborate on leasing and strategic planning, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and add value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and community stakeholders
  • Ensure centres are maintained to a high standard through regular inspections and risk mitigation
  • Lead and develop your centre management team, providing coaching and support
Skills and experience required for this role
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in shopping centre management
  • Strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities
