Manage two subregional shopping centres for a major client
Join a collaborative team with national support
Work close to home in Wollongong NSW

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to join our highly regarded Retail Property Management team. In this role, you’ll oversee two subregional shopping centres located in Figtree and Nowra, supported by dedicated teams at each site. The majority of your time will be spent at Figtree, with fortnightly visits to Nowra.

What your day will look like:
  • Drive the overall performance and building services operations of both centres
  • Deliver efficient, cost-effective management to maximise operational outcomes
  • Protect and position the investment performance of the property assets against local competitors
  • Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in line with lease provisions
  • Manage policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets, including retail performance analysis and forecasting
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to the client
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in Property/Centre Management or Operations within a busy retail environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Solid financial acumen and experience preparing and analysing financial reports
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, professional approach and commitment to delivering results
  • Current Certificate of Registration
