Qualifications

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or equivalent required.
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen, childcare, healthcare, hospitality or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver balanced menus for children aged 0 to 6.
• Cater for allergies, medical, cultural and dietary needs.
• Review menus with families, educators and leadership.
• Prepare and serve meals safely, minimising waste.
• Maintain food safety records and comply with standards.
• Monitor storage, temperature control, and stock rotation.
• Manage food orders within budget.
• Contribute to educational activities and healthy eating conversations.
• Support child safety commitments and report concerns.
