We’re searching for a passionate, hands‑on Centre Director to lead our Padstow team with heart and purpose. What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.

• Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
