Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience as a Director (2 years minimum).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for high‑quality early childhood education.
• Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity.
• FULL WORKING RIGHTS in Australia.

Responsibilities
