Ideally, we’d love for you to hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
  • A current State relevant Working with Children’s Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hands‑on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance
  • Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
  • Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
