About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our early learning centre. In this senior leadership position, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage a dedicated team of educators, and foster a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment for children and families. You will be responsible for guiding curriculum development, maintaining regulatory compliance, building strong community relationships, and driving continuous improvement in educational quality.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with leadership or management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning curriculum.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment for staff, children, and families.
  • Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and licensing in the childcare sector.
