Job summary

Fit Kidz is hiring a Centre Chef for our Dural North centre, open 7:30am–6:00pm. Work on Thursdays and Fridays (2 days only) providing nutritious meals for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in a safe kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have cooking experience, strong time management, and a commitment to child safety. Australian working rights required; WWCC and Food Safety Supervisor certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare nutritious meals for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
• Above all, maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Demonstrate good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children.
• Cater to dietary requirements and ensure hygienic kitchen practices.
• Order supplies and maintain stock levels; keep records up to date.
• Support a welcoming, child-safe environment in the kitchen.
