Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' work experience at a CDP level or Senior Demi Chef.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a passion for training others.
• Excellent mise en place and high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in menu planning, implementation and execution.
• Control food preparation and manage wastage for your section.
• Lead by example as a hands-on chef with a focus on quality assurance.
• Develop menus and maintain high food standards with innovative ideas.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the team at all times.
• Collaborate to bring creative concepts to life and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train colleagues to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
• Maintain WHS and food hygiene practices to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform well under pressure and drive service with leadership.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
