Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited in Melbourne is seeking an Analyst - Customer Due Diligence & Enhanced Customer Due Diligence on a 6-month maximum term contract. You will support AML/CTF obligations and contribute to risk reviews within the Financial Crime Operations & Solutions team.

You'll conduct OCDD workflows, prepare risk-based assessments, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve investigations and reporting for high-risk customers. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute OCDD workflows and ensure timely completion of cases
• Conduct CDD reviews and prepare concise risk-based assessments
• Identify ECDD needs and trigger event reviews
• Support investigations by gathering and documenting customer information
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Ops, CDI&D and FCIU stakeholders
• Assist in developing metrics, risk reporting and insights for risk management
• Contribute to periodic reporting for high-risk customers
• Maintain compliance with evolving AML/CTF obligations and policies
