Job summary

STC Solutions Ltd is seeking an Access Control / CCTV Engineer to join the team. The role is full-time and primarily field-based across East Anglia, with a focus on installing, servicing and maintaining access control and CCTV systems.

You will work independently and as part of a small team, bringing customer-focused service and solid IT knowledge. A UK driving licence, safety awareness and DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience installing, servicing or maintaining access control and/or CCTV systems, along with a basic working knowledge of IT equipment.
• You'll be a strong problem solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload independently.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to climb ladders and lift equipment. DBS check and lifting 20kg may be required.

Access Control / CCTV Engineer to join their team. This full-time, permanent role is mainly field-based across

East Anglia, and you will ideally live within 30 miles of their office and workshop near

About the role:

As an Access Control / CCTV Engineer, you will install, service and maintain systems across customer sites, working independently and as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining access control, and CCTV systems
• Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues
• Assisting with job planning and parts ordering
• Providing professional, reliable customer service
• Completing work safely and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting weighing engineers with equipment servicing and installation when required

This is a Monday-Friday, primarily field-based role.

About you:

You will have previous experience installing, servicing or maintaining access control and/or CCTV systems, along with a basic working knowledge of IT equipment. You'll be a strong problem solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload independently.

A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to climb ladders and lift equipment. Applicants must be willing to undergo a DBS check and be physically capable of lifting 20kg weights when assisting weighing engineers.
