Qualifications

• Practising Catholic active in the life of a Eucharistic community
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and implement an improvement agenda aligned with system priorities
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with students, staff and families
• Ability to analyse student data on Catholic identity, academics, behaviour and wellbeing
• Ability to optimise human, financial and physical resources for high quality outcomes
• Understanding of relevant legislative frameworks including equity, WHS and performance management
