St Mary’s Catholic Primary School Erskineville invites applications for a Principal (K-6) to lead a community of 166 students with a strong Catholic identity. The successful candidate will foster high-quality teaching, inclusive wellbeing, and engagement with families and the Parish.

The role emphasizes faith-based leadership, staff mentoring and strategic school improvement, with a commitment to sustaining the Mercy charism. Start date: 28 January 2027; Closing date: 9 November 2026.

Formación

• Postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field.
• Requirements of Category E accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead or willingness to meet these requirements in the first contract term.
• All applicants must hold a valid WWCC and provide a current National Police Check before commencing employment.
