St Joseph’s School Boulder invites suitable applicants to apply for a full time ongoing Assistant Principal position, commencing January 1, 2027. A CEWA remote area package includes rental assistance, with details on the CEWA RAP.

The school serves over 270 students from kindy to year 6 in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, a historic mining town with a warm community. We seek a Catholic leader with strong experience in leadership roles within Catholic education and a commitment to the four pillars of QCE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of teaching experience.
• Accreditation to Lead (or working towards).
• Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or working towards).
• An appropriate tertiary teaching qualification.
• Current Teachers Registration with TRBWA.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWWC).

Responsabilités

• Lead curriculum, the delivery of effective pedagogy, and build the capacity of others.
• Work with others to create an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
• Mentor and coach others to build team capacity and enhance collaboration.
• Support the Principal to ensure accountability at all levels.
