Padua College – Victoria is seeking a Catholic Identity Leader – Faith and Formation for the Rosebud Campus. The role sits within a 3-year tenured Leadership appointment alongside an ongoing teaching appointment, reporting to the Vice Principal – Mission, Formation and Social Justice.

The Leader will promote Catholic identity through staff formation, liturgy, social justice and community partnerships. Responsibilities include leading faith formation, coordinating prayer and retreats, and

Qualificações

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration for teaching appointments or eligibility.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check required for non-teaching positions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead promotion and living expression of Catholic identity on the campus.
• Coordinate staff faith formation and professional learning in Catholic identity and Religious Education.
• Coordinate campus prayer, liturgical celebrations and social justice initiatives.
• Develop, coordinate and evaluate student retreats and formation experiences.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and Mission teams to deliver whole-school professional learning and accreditation pathways.
