Cater Care is seeking Casual Catering Assistants to join our team at Peakhurst Lodge. You will deliver meal service and create a high-quality dining experience for our residents.

The role involves assisting with food preparation, serving meals, dishwashing, and maintaining strict hygiene practices. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team, with a neat appearance and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience assisting in kitchens and food preparation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
• Experience in retirement living or hospital/medical sector preferred.

Cater Care is seeking Casual Catering Assistants to join our team at Peakhurst Lodge. In this key role, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional meal service and creating an enjoyable, high-quality dining experience for our residents.

Roster:

Monday & Tuesday 4pm to 8pm

What this role involves:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
• Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
• Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service would be well regarded
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Previous experience in retirement living or hospital/medical sector would be well regarded
