Job summary

Cater Care is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Catering Assistants at our Aged Care site in Gloucester, NSW. In this essential role, you will play a key part in serving nutritious meals and fostering a welcoming, enjoyable dining environment for our residents every day.

Roster:

Variable scheduling, with regular opportunities to pick up additional shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What this role involves:

• Assisting with fresh food preparation and kitchen setup
• Delivering friendly, attentive meal and snack service to residents
• Maintaining cleanliness across kitchen and dining facilities, including dishwashing
• Upholding rigorous food safety and hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen assistance, or customer service (highly regarded)
• Strong collaborative spirit with the confidence to work independently
• A professional approach with high standards for personal hygiene and presentation
• Prior experience within aged care, retirement living, or healthcare settings is a plus
