Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Catering Assistant at MacKillop House Norwest in NSW. The role focuses on assisting with meal prep, plating and service to support residents' dining experiences in a not-for-profit aged care setting.

You will help maintain hygienic dining areas, follow safety procedures, and work with a friendly team to provide person-centred care and quality meal experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or aged care preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices are essential.
• Cert III Commercial Cookery desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating and service.
• Set up and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas.
• Ensure kitchen and servery meet food safety standards.
