Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking a Category Manager to drive growth across our fresh produce portfolio. You will build strong grower and customer partnerships, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage supply and demand in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales leadership in fresh produce, excellent English communication, and a hands‑on, results‑driven approach. This role offers a flexible capacity within a 7‑day operation and a remuneration package

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a successful Sales Representative or Manager within fresh produce.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of driving growth.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and promote robust customer and grower relationships.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the business.
• Manage supply and demand in a fast-paced fresh produce environment.
• Hands-on management of day-to-day category activities to meet customer expectations.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Maximise sales revenue in new and existing markets.
• Monitor competition via market analysis to enhance sales.
