Job summary

Munich Reinsurance seeks a skilled Exposure Management professional to provide catastrophe risk analytics supporting underwriting and portfolio management. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and reporting for the APAC region, including Australia, with hands-on use of SQL and modelling tools.

You'll collaborate with global teams, enhance data ingestion and QA processes, and contribute to the ongoing development of the APAC Exposure Management capability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in catastrophe risk or exposure management or related analytics.
• Experience with catastrophe modelling platforms and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to assess catastrophe and accumulation risk across the portfolio.
• Interpret model outputs for underwriting teams and portfolio decisions.
• Operate catastrophe modelling platforms and interrogate exposure databases using SQL.
