Saleslink Group is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Casual Sales Merchandiser to work across Sydney and surrounding areas. You will manage your territory, build store relationships, and ensure high-quality merchandising execution.

Ideal candidates have merchandising or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with good presentation. Casual hours with weekly scheduling apply, with potential overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Good attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet.
• Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Smartphone proficiency for reporting and task submission.

Responsabilités

• Complete scheduled store visits across your allocated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and department staff.
• Implement planograms, relays, and product layouts to a high standard.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Set up promotional displays, POS materials, and ticketing.
• Monitor stock levels, report gaps, and communicate replenishment needs.
• Submit visit reports, photos, and task completion through the Saleslink CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
• Maintain compliance with store safety and operational procedures.
• Always represent Saleslink group and our clients professionally.
• Some overnight travel maybe required.
